2024 BANGBANG CON is coming
The group BTS will have time to look back on the last performance together through “2024 Bangbang Con.”
BTS posted the main poster of “BTS ONLINE CONCERT WEEKEND” on its official social media account at noon on the 4th (local time). “Bangbang Con” is a festival where visitors can watch the live performances of BTS for free.
According to the released poster, “2024 Bangbang Con” consists of a total of three performances: “2014 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE II THE RED BULLET,” “2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL,” and “2019 BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF THE FINAL.”
The Short Overview of the Concerts
“BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE II THE RED BULLET,” held at Yes24 Live Hall (formerly Ax Hall) in Seoul in 2014, is the first solo concert held by BTS in a year and four months since its debut. BTS met with 5,000 audiences for a total of three days at the time and performed “No More Dream,” “N.O.” and “We are bulletproof pt. 1.”
Then, “BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR THE FINAL”, which was held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul in 2017, will be shown, too. BTS sold out all 40 performances in 19 cities through “WINGS TOUR”, attracting a total of 550,000 audiences. In addition, it captured the hearts of fans with performances of several hit songs such as “FIRE”, “DNA”, and “Spring Day”, as well as a seven-member, seven-color individual stage where their individuality shone.
“BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF” held at the Olympic Main Stadium in Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul in 2019, was the grand finale of the stadium tour. With the tour, BTS performed 62 times in 24 cities, attracting 2.06 million viewers. They were praised for being the first Korean singers to hold a solo concert at Wembley Stadium in the U.K. and the first overseas singer to enter the stadium in Saudi Arabia, opening a new horizon in the history of the concert.
The live performance of all the concerts, which can look back on the footsteps of BTS’s performances from 2014 to 2019, and the growth of the BTS along with ARMY will be the main viewing points of “2024 Bangbang Con.” “2024 Bang Bang Con” will be released on BTS’s official YouTube channel BANGTANTV from noon on the 8th. It will be a great way to celebrate anniversary of BTS debut.
