Not credit of Ador but HYBE
The power struggle between Ador and HYBE, the movement of independence of Min Hee Jin is becoming more than just about agencies. The employees of HYBE are being furious and is not hiding their rages on Min Hee Jin. In Korea, there is a website called BLIND, that everyone can talk about their company anonymously. This website checks everyone’s proof of employment, so no one could lie about where they are working. One employee who works for HYBE has wrote a post, that credits of ‘Success of New Jeans,’ is mostly on other HYBE labels.

- Originally where did ‘Min Hee Jin girl group’ supposed to debut?
- Which YouTube channel did you promote New Jeans debut songs, including HYPE BOY and Attention?
- Who was in charge of New Jeans’ collaboration with Spotify, YouTube and more?
- Who developed the application, ‘Phoning?’
- Who planned and proceed the New Jeans fan meeting?
- Which label set up New Jeans’ attendance on Lollapalooza, Billboard Magazine cover interview, winning awards and performance on Billboard Music Awards?
- Who was in charge of New Jeans’ advertisement, Brand partnership, sponsorship and all until the end of last year?
- Who is in control of New Jeans’ attendance to awards in Korea, Japan and USA?
- Who is taking care of press release and communicate with the reporters?
I’ve got more than 50 questions that I would like to ask her.
+ Some misinterpreted the words, so I am adding this. I’m saying these are not ADOR employees’ credits. Everything on top is made by HYBE not ADOR.
How it effect Korean netizens
Koreans are actually shocked. New Jeans and Min Hee Jin were in front of medias, mostly saying how original they are, and how they created the careers. Some of Koreans are concentrating on word ‘set up’ (꽂아주다). In Korean if we say ‘꽂아주다,’ it is proving that the person who got the result was not appropriate winner or meets the qualification. So now some netizens are questioning if the grand success of New Jeans was actually made by the members and ADOR or made by the capital and influence of HYBE.
