ADOR CEO is needed, What would they do?
According to HYBE on the 29th, CEO Min Hee-jin reportedly sent an e-mail to the show that she would not comply with the board meeting which was requested by HYBE on the 30th.
Earlier, HYBE conducted an audit related to CEO Min Hee-jin’s alleged takeover of Ador’s management rights and requested the convening of an Ador board meeting to hold a shareholders’ meeting. ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin and HYBE audit article, the first claim – CLICK HERE
CEO Min Hee-jin reportedly cited two reasons: HYBE’s request for the replacement of CEO of ADOR and the in-house board of directors is illegal and is not legitimate and the convening of the board of directors of auditors is not legal because it is outside their authority.
In preparation for this, HYBE has requested to the court on the 25th to permit the convocation of an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting. But even if it is approved, it is expected to take about two months to hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.
HYBE raised suspicions that CEO Min Hee-jin took over management control on the 22nd. It has filed a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station on charges of breach of trust. In an emergency press conference on the 25th, CEO Min Hee-jin said, “I never dreamed of such a thing as exploitation of management.” The overview of the press conference, CLICK HERE.
