andTEAM ARENA TOUR starts successfully!
HYBE’s global group ‘&TEAM’ successfully opened the door to its first arena tour.
&TEAM (EJ, Fuma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki) held “2024 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR ‘SECOND TO NONE” at Tokyo Ariake Arena in Japan on the 20th and 21st. &TEAM, which confirmed its arena tour a year and seven months after its debut, caught the eyes and ears of the audience with its solid skills in the Tokyo performance, which marked the beginning.
&TEAM sang a total of 18 songs at the concert, including the second single “Aoarashi” (青嵐) pre-released on the 18th, “Koegawari” (声変わり), the title song of the first single “Samidare” released in May, “Scar to Scar” and “Maybe.” They showed off their colorful performances, unshakable singing and nine-colored charms for 150 minutes.
The performance began with a spectacular production of &TEAM’s various concepts. &TEAM drew cheers by shouting, “As it is our first arena tour, we all prepared with extraordinary determination. We will show you the best stage and the best energy.” They then performed a dance break featuring dynamic “sword dance,” heating up the concert hall. In particular, the “Koegawari” stage, which was first unveiled at the concert, left a strong impression on fans with fresh performances such as choreography that reminded them of fresh boys and singing backwards.
&TEAM enhanced the completeness of the concert by showing off the energy, disciplined group dance, and improved expressive and singing skills worthy of its evaluation as a “performance powerhouse.” Not only this, but also the strong teamwork of the nine members stood out throughout the concert. At the end of the concert, the leader, EJ, said, “I was very happy because of LUŃE (andTEAM fandom name). We will become stronger and grow with LUNE and become a proud &TEAM.”
&TEAM, which finished its concert in Tokyo successfully, will continue andTEAM arena tour in Hyogo (July 25-26), Fukuoka (August 17-18), Seoul (August 30-31), and Aichi (September 28-29). &TEAM’s second single, which contains a total of three songs, including “Koegawari,” and the title song “Aoarashi” and “Imprinted,” will be released on the 7th of next month.
