ATEEZ Mingi did not go for shopping WHY?

ATEEZ Mingi was having communication with fans, and fans were asking how was his two weeks at USA. Mingi and ATINYs (ATEEZ’s official fandom name) talked about shopping. As Mingi knows how to wear, and who reads trend fast, fans expected that he might buy a lot of clothings.
However, Mingi’s answer was unexpected. He said, he did not go for shopping! The reason why he did not go for shopping was hilarious. He answered, “Check the exchange rate,” “It’s not time to buy something, but save money.”
He is a superstar, the member of ATEEZ who was performing 1 hour at Coachella, the largest music festival, but he was scared of ‘exchange currency rate.’ Korean Won and US dollar exchange rate is currently “1 USD : 1379 WON.’ It even went up to 1400 won for 1 USD. It will be hard to feel about the high rate for foreigners. To easily explain, the currency rate has increased 7% this year. Just in 4 months, the currency rate went up dramatically.
People sympathized with Mingi, who is a superstar but showed humanity, and praised him for constructive thoughts.
