ATEEZ talking about Contract Renewal at the press conference

The group ATEEZ members talked about renewing the contract.

ATEEZ held a press conference to celebrate the release of its 11th mini-album “Golden Hour: Part 2” at Lotte Hotel World in Songpa-gu, Seoul on Wednesday afternoon. Comedian Yoo Jae-pil hosted the event.

ATEEZ, who debuted on October 24, 2018, will mark the 7th anniversary of their debut and renewal season next year. When asked about this, the leader Hong Joong replied, “In fact, we are talking a lot among the members and discussing with the company from various angles while we are looking at our 7th anniversary next year.”

Hong Joong explained, “What we can tell you is that there are a lot of things that ATEEZ wants to show you, and if you look at the stories that the eight of us have done so far, there are endless things we can show you in the future. The reason why we continue to challenge ourselves is because we are running with the goal of becoming an artist who presents new things for a long time in the future.”

“I can’t tell you exactly (about re-contracting), but I really want to show ATEEZ for a long time and I have a lot to show you,” he said, adding, “If there’s good news, I’d like to tell the reporters first.”

“Golden Hour: Part 2” depicts the second story of “Golden Hour,” capturing ATEEZ’s pride in continuing to move forward with love, by people, and for life. The title song “Ice On My Teeth” sings about the values that if you know the true value, you can coexist brilliantly even if you don’t fit in.
