BABYMONSTER Seoul Fan Meeting SOLD OUT!
BabyMonster proved its powerful ticket power by opening additional seats for its first Seoul fan meeting.
Baby Monster will hold “[BAYMONSTER PRESENTS: SEE YOU THERE] FINALE IN SEOUL” at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Seoul on August 10 and 11.
As it will be the first fan meeting with Korean fans, competition for ticketing was very fierce. As soon as the reservation started, both the first and second performances’ seats were sold out in an instant. Despite the announcement as a surprise gift, many Korean and foreign fans flocked to the event to feel their popularity as a “monster rookie.”
In return for such support from fans, YG Entertainment decided to open limited-view seats and some reserved seats. This is because there was a flood of requests for purchase from fans who could not get tickets. The ticket reservation will be available at Interpark tickets and ticket links from 8 p.m. on the 19th, and more details will be available on YG’s official website, Weverse, and ticket reservation pages.
Currently, BABYMONSTER is on BABYMONSTER See You There tour for 12 fan meeting performances in seven cities. The concert in Seoul is the finale of the tour, and there are sections where people can communicate more friendly with their fans, which is expected to heat up ticketing.
Meanwhile, Baby Monster released its new song “FOREVER” on January 1. The song ranked at the top of iTunes’ Worldwide Song Chart soon after its release and topped domestic music site Naver Vibe in real time. The music video has more than 69.9 million views on YouTube, and the number of channel subscribers has exceeded 6.44 million.
