MYSTIC STORY’s first BAND LUCY
Mystic Story’s first band LUCY will hold its first solo concert, ‘We Are Landing,’ in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Jakarta concert will be held on Saturday, January 6th. It is the band’s second oversea solo concert. The first concert they had was held in Taiwan in September 2023. According to Mystic Story, their agency, the band will be performing many songs including its debut song, ‘Flowering.’ ‘Flowering’ was released on May 8, 2020. LUCY also prepared a special stage for its concert. The agency said that LUCY will show a special performance for its Indonesian fans during the concert.
How Lucy was formed
Lucy is the first band and four-member band to be featured on Mystic Story. It was first formed on the band audition program JTBC Super Band in 2019 and won second place. In a press release on March 27, 2020, it was reported that member Shin Kwang-il signed an exclusive contract with Mystic Story, which belonged to a trainee. The team name came from the dog that the band had in their dorm when they were filming ‘Super Band’ and means “light” in Latin. The band expressed their ambition to become a genre of LUCY itself without defining the genre, saying that they wants to do music without prejudice like the team name,which has a wide variety of genres. The band LUCY consists of four members, Shin Ye-chan, Choi Sang-yeop, Cho Won-sang and Shin Gwang-il.
The band recently performed as one of the headliners for music festival called, ‘Countdown Fantasy 2023-2024’ on December 30, 2023. They performed on 2023 Gayo Daejejeon, the next day.
