BLACKPINK Jennie Moves ODD ATELIER Headquarters to Hannam with ₩60M Monthly Rent
Jennie’s Label ODD ATELIER Relocates to High-Profile Hannam Building
BLACKPINK’s Jennie is relocating her personal label ODD ATELIER to Hannam-dong, Seoul, this November.
According to real estate industry sources on September 3, ODD ATELIER will move into a four-story building with one basement floor, totaling approximately 927㎡ (about 280 pyeong). The building is fully leased and located in the high-demand Yongsan-Hannam area.
Lease terms are reportedly ₩1.5–2.5 billion in deposit and ₩60–80 million in monthly rent, with the building’s estimated market value at around ₩45 billion.
Previous Office Lease Expires, Building Violation Speculated
The label’s current office—a single-family home in Itaewon—is under lease until October, and renovation for the new office is currently underway.
While the move is timed with the lease expiration, some speculate that ongoing building code violations at the current property may have influenced the decision. The building, originally approved as an art gallery, was allegedly used as an office without proper permits. The Yongsan District Office is expected to issue administrative action against the building owner.
Growth of ODD ATELIER and Jennie’s Vision
ODD ATELIER was founded in 2023 to support Jennie’s solo activities outside of BLACKPINK. The relocation to a larger, more prestigious space reflects the growing scale of her independent brand.
The new office in Hannam-dong marks a significant chapter for Jennie, one of K-pop’s most influential soloists and business figures.
