BoA mentioning retirement, Is she collapsing?
Singer BoA, who has mentioned retirement, deleted all Instagram posts.
On April 9th, all posts that had been posted have disappeared on BoA’s Instagram. Currently, only the phrase “no posts” appears on her account.
Before her comeback on the 21st of last month, BoA deleted all posts except the teaser image of the new song on BoA Instagram. At that time, only six teaser images of the new song remained on BoA’s account.
In addition, her action raised questions by unfollowing everyone except her late brother Kwon Soon-wook, who passed away in 2021.
On the 6th, BoA drew attention by posting, “Now, when my contract is over, I can ‘retire’. The next day, she said, “My contract is until December 31, 2025. Until then, I will happily do my best as a singer. Don’t worry. My love, jumping BoAs.”
Fans are worried as BoA, who mentioned retirement, deleted all posts even including the comeback posts, following personal posts. Boa deleting Instagram posts might be showing her tiredness about her job.
Recently, BoA has expressed her grievances over malicious comments several times, causing regret. After appearing on tvN’s “Marry My Husband,” she said, “I was told to gain weight because I lost too much weight, and I gained weight, and people said I looked like a pig. I don’t know what you’re talking about, but don’t waste your life like that. I’m sorry, but I am BoA”
She also appeared on Channel A’s “News A” and said, “Since my debut, I have lived a similar life to the movie ‘The Truman Show’. Many people think of celebrities as the target of venting their anger. Idols are people, too.”
Meanwhile, since her debut in 2000, she has been much loved with hits such as “No. 1” and “Atlantis Princess.” Recently, she has also distinguished herself in entertainment shows and acting.
