J-Hope, a member of boy group BTS, purchased an additional luxury apartment in Seoul.
According to Biz Korea on the 3rd, BTS J-Hope purchased an additional downstairs household in July after receiving a full 12 billion won in cash for the generation of a luxury apartment Afer Hangang penthouse located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul in June this year. J-Hope also paid in full cash without taking out a real estate mortgage loan. So he is having two household, one above another.
Currently, the selling price of the higher-rise households of the ‘Afer Han River’ is known to be 11 billion won to 12 billion won. As a result, it is estimated that J-Hope purchased two apartments with more than 20 billion won in cash.
In addition to the Afer Han Gang, J-Hope also owns two Trimage apartments located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. He has four luxury houses in Seoul alone.
J-Hope, who joined the army in April last year, is currently serving as an assistant in the boot camp, and his scheduled discharge date is October 17.
