BTS Jin Military Discharge! The day came!
The group BTS (BTS RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) united for the discharge of the eldest member, Jin.
On June 11, the official BTS account, which is run by BTS members themselves, posted a photo with the words “I’m back!”
In the released photo, seven members of the BTS gathered at the HYBE (BTS belongs to HYBE’s label Big Hit Music) headquarters to unwind. All of them are smiling as they congratulate Jin, who was the eldest member and the first runner to join the BTS after military service.
It is the first time in more than six months that BTS released a group photo. Earlier, BTS gathered at a training camp on December 11 last year when RM and V joined the military and took a group photo for a farewell. RM, J-Hope, V, Jimin, and Jungkook, who are on their vacations as they wanted to celebrate Jin’s dischargement from the military, gave meaningful hugs one after another at the military site. Suga, who could not accompany Jin at the site, joined them at the HYBE office.
Jin joined the Army as an active soldier on December 13 last year and served faithfully as an assistant in the boot camp of the 5th Division of the Army in Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do.
Jin will hold a solo fan event as part of the “2024 FESTA”, an offline event commemorating the 11th anniversary of BTS’s debut, at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on June 13, a day after his discharge.
According to the agency Big Hit Music, a hug session for 1,000 people will be held in the first part of the fan event.
In the second part, there will be corners where ARMY (BTS’s official fandom name) can meet various aspects of Jin that they want to see.
