BTS Jin to Hold Encore Fan-Con in Incheon — Finale of His First Solo Tour

BTS member Jin is raising anticipation ahead of his upcoming Encore Fan-Concert, marking the finale of his first solo fan-con tour.

The two-day event, titled “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP TOUR_ENCORE,” will take place at Incheon Munhak Stadium from October 31 to November 1.

This concert will serve as the grand conclusion of the tour that began in Goyang last June. Through “#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,” Jin met ARMYs around the world, performing 18 shows across nine cities including stops in Japan, the United States, and Europe.

The tour expanded on the world and concept of BTS’s official YouTube content “Run Seokjin.” Jin made history as the first Korean solo artist to perform at London’s O2 Arena, drew record-breaking crowds at Anaheim’s Honda Center, and became the first Korean soloist to sell out the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

BigHit Music shared,

Jin also expressed his excitement through the agency, saying,

“Since it’s an outdoor concert, the weather might be a little chilly, so please dress warmly. I’ll take full responsibility for heating up the stage! There will also be special performances you can only see this time.”

He added,

“This concert began from my desire to meet ARMY again. I’m doing my best in preparation, trusting in everyone who’s been waiting. I hope that when we look back, this tour will remain a happy and joyful memory for all of us.”

Q. The moment you’re most looking forward to at the Runseokjin_ep tour encore fan concert
“During the last show, there was a segment where ARMY sang and I had to guess the song title. Some fans later wrote that they were disappointed they couldn’t sing better, and said they’d prepare harder this time. But to me, everyone sang so well and had so much fun. (laughs) So I’m really looking forward to it.
Since it’s an outdoor concert, it might be a bit chilly, so please come dressed warmly. I’ll take responsibility for keeping the atmosphere hot. I hope everyone comes with an excited heart.”

Q. What’s different compared to the previous tour?
“We’ve expanded the scale from the June Goyang concert so that I can connect even more closely with the audience. The medley setlist has also been rearranged, so I’m a little nervous about whether everyone will enjoy it.
There’s also a song I haven’t sung in a really long time — I’m curious if ARMY still remembers it. And yes, there will be some special stage elements you can only see this time.”

Q. What’s the biggest thing you learned from the tour?
“It was my first time leading a solo fan-con tour, and I was so happy to meet ARMYs in every city. Of course, there was pressure since I was carrying the show alone, but as the concerts went on, I learned how to make the stage feel more stable and natural.
I also learned how to pace myself and manage my condition better. Above all, ARMY’s cheers gave me huge strength and confidence. Their enthusiasm exceeded what I expected — it made me realize that as long as I have the energy, I can keep jumping and performing with them forever.”

Q. How do you feel now that the concert is just a week away?
“I miss ARMY so much. This concert started purely from my wish to see them again. I’m both nervous and excited, but mostly, I can’t wait to meet everyone who’s been waiting. I hope it becomes a time when both ARMY and I can freely enjoy and have fun together.”

Q. Tips for enjoying the concert 100%
“Since this is an encore concert, I want to create every moment together with ARMY. Please stay focused and enjoy it from beginning to end. I’m preparing various ways to meet everyone even more closely.
Most importantly, I think the cheers from the audience complete the performance. When we look back, I hope the ‘Run Seokjin’ Tour remains a happy and fun memory in everyone’s hearts. That’s the mindset I’m preparing with right now.
And please come with enough energy to jump — ‘Run Seokjin’ is best enjoyed while jumping! (laughs)”
