Suga was found to have fallen near his house while driving an electric scooter after drinking alcohol on the night of the 6th. At the time, Suga stated to the effect of “drinking a glass of beer,” and the blood alcohol level of Suga confirmed at the time was 0.227%. This far exceeds the 0.08% standard for license cancellation.
The police returned home at the time, believing that it was difficult to investigate Suga because he was intoxicated, but they say further investigation is needed.

Both kickboards and scooters should not drink and drive, and furthermore, the level of punishment is different. Electric kickboards with a maximum speed of 25 kilometers per hour are fined 100,000 won when driving under the influence of alcohol, but electric scooters are punished just like cars.
In the case of Suga, as the license was revoked, it seems that the police at the time also accurately recognized that it was a scooter, not a kickboard. Furthermore, if the blood alcohol concentration is 0.08% or more, a maximum of two years in prison or a fine of 10 million won or less. If the value exceeds 0.2%, the punishment will be up to five years and the fine will be up to 20 million won.
