The Build Up 4th round was ‘Build Up One Team Mission.’ In this mission, the top tiers of last round, 3rd round had to build a 4 membered group, which would be ‘One Team.’ For the top tiers, they had a choice. They could keep the 3rd round team and just add one more member, or they could disband the group and make a whole new group.
