“We would like to inform you of the current status of legal action regarding malicious posts and comments related to our artist, Cha Eun-woo. As previously announced, we have taken a strong stance against the spread of false information and malicious content about our artist through SNS and various online communities.
Based on our own monitoring and reports from fans, we have collected posts and comments involving the spread of false information, defamation, and malicious attacks against Cha Eun-woo, and have filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station today (April 25). We will continue ongoing monitoring to protect our artist, and will actively pursue legal action against any acts that infringe on the artist’s rights. We ask that you immediately cease the indiscriminate spreading of false information and malicious posts about the artist. Additionally, all reports and materials sent by fans are greatly assisting our legal response. Thank you once again, and we will continue to do our best to protect our artist.”
