Vanner ‘Capture the Flag’
Vanner’s agency KLAP Entertainment has announced the plan of Vanner on Monday. Banner will drop its second EP, ‘Capture the Flag,’ on January 30. It will be the group’s first album in five months since its first EP, ‘Veni Vidi Vici,’ on August 21st, 2023. The KLAP Entertainment has said the album title ‘Capture the Flag’ will show the group’s identity. As the group’s name is combination of ‘Victory’ and ‘Banner,’ its meanings are having connections. The Flag becomes banner and Capturing action would be the victory.
Actually not much informations about the EP has not disclosed, but a teaser image of the second EP has released on Monday. The teaser image had a number ‘222’ on it. So it makes mysterious, what would be the meaning of number, 222?
Vanner actually debuted in February 2019 under VT Entertainment, and it signed to its current agency KLAP Entertainment on May, 2023. IT signed to the agency after winning JTBC survival audition show, ‘Peak Time.’ It is their second album that they are working with KLAP Entertainment, and fans are anticipating to it. Their first EP, ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ has received favorable reviews from others, so they are looking forward to it.

Vanner is consists of five members, Taehwan, Got, Hyesung, Ahxian and Yeonggwang. Earlier, the group won the Next Generation Haley Star Award at the fifty News’s K-EXPO. They received Rising Star Awards at the 2023 Asia Model Awards, too.
