CHEN and Baekhyun, the friendship
EXO Chen is back as a soloist.
EXO Chen, who announced the return, by releasing his fourth solo mini album “DOOR,” decorated the cover of the August issue of At Style.
Chen recently showed his unrivaled presence by releasing a solo album containing his own colors after a one-and-a-half-month hiatus. He said of his mini-fourth album “DOOR,” “It’s the turning point of my life,” and “It’s an album with a lot of worries and self-reflection.”
“DOOR” is an album that puts Chen’s emotions firmly enough to put credits on five of the six songs. In particular, the track “Dandelion” is more meaningful as it participated in writing the lyrics with Baekhyun. “Baekhyun suggested that we work together even though we were busy with no time to breathe because he was preparing for a solo concert. I was very reassured and grateful that Baekhyun got good lyrics,” Chen said.
He also did not forget his gratitude to his fans for being with him for 12 years since his debut. “I spent all my 20s with my fans, and I think these times will be the most precious and greatest experiences of my life,” he said.
