CIX Bae Jinyoung leaves the team
Bae Jin-young is leaving CIX.
C9 Entertainment said in an official press release on the 5th, “First of all, the company and member Bae Jin-young ended their exclusive contract on August 1, 2024 after discussions.”
“I would like to express my gratitude to Bae Jin-young, who has worked hard as a member of CIX, and please continue to support Bae Jin-young, who will take a new path,” he said. “With this, CIX plans to continue its activities as a four-member group of members BX, Hoon, Yong-hee and Hyun-seok, and is currently preparing for new reports and various performances to be released in the second half of the year.”
He said, “We sincerely thank the fans for their generous support and love for CIX, and we ask for your interest and affection for CIX’s future activities.”

We would like to inform you about the future activities of CIX.
Firstly, we have decided to terminate the exclusive contract with BAE JINYOUNG as of August 1, 2024. We express our gratitue to BAE JINYOUNG for his hard work as a member of CIX and ask for your continued support as he’s new chapter. CIX will continue their activities with four members BX, SEUNGHUN, YONGHEE, and HYUNSUK.
They are currently preparing for a new album to be released in the second half of the year, along with various performances. We sincerely thank all the fans for their unwavering support and love for CIX and ask for your continued interest and affection for their future activities.
