Crayon Pop Choa confess her fight against cancer
Choa from the group Crayon Pop reported on her battle with cervical cancer.
On the 14th, Choa released a video containing her cancer-fighting skills through her social network service.
In the released video, Crayon Pop Choa said, “I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 33, and I was diagnosed with cervical cancer at the hospital I visited for a happy prenatal examination in the first year of my newlywed marriage in May last year.”
“At first, I couldn’t believe it. I was diagnosed with a 3-centimeter cancer in the first stage, and it was difficult to preserve fertility,” she said. “I had the most difficult time living with my husband, holding hands together, praying, and not giving up.”

Crayon Pop Choa said she has entered a recovery phase after efforts to reduce the size of cancer cells. “The size of cancer at the time of surgery was much smaller than expected, and miraculously, we were able to preserve fertility,” Choa said. “More than a year has passed and the fourth follow-up examination has also passed.”
Choa said, “I’m careful because there are many people who are more sick and having a hard time than me, but now I think my story can be a little help and hope for someone,” and added, “I’m about to have another surgery for fertility. I have a lot of things to go through for pregnancy and childbirth, but I want to meet a pretty child and be completely cured with the name of mother, so I can be comforting and hopeful to those who have experienced something similar to me.”
Choa debuted in 2012 with the group crayon pop. Choa married a businessman six years her senior in 2021.
