Ahn Sung il, CEO of The Givers, who was pointed out as the origin of the problem ‘Fifty Fifty Tampering’, was sent to the prosecution.

CEO Ahn Sung-il, who was accused by the ATTRAKT (CEO Jeon Hong-joon), was found guilty of a crime and sent to the prosecution.

Attrakt said on the 16th, “We recently received a notice from the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul saying, ‘The case in which you sued Ahn Sung il for business interference and electronic record damage was sent (unarrested) because of the criminal charge.”

On June 27 last year, Attrakt filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station against Ahn Sung-il, CEO of The Givers, on charges of obstruction of business, damage to electronic records, and breach of duty.

An official from the agency ATTRAKT said, “The first police investigation came out eight months after suing the CEO Ahn Sung-il ,” adding, “We are also investigating the case of additional charges of embezzlement, forgery of private documents, and the exercise of counterfeit private documents on July 7 last year, so we are confident that Ahn Sung il’s criminal charges will be revealed in the future.”

Fifty Fifty began a legal dispute last year by filing an injunction against Attrakt to suspend the validity of its exclusive contract. The members filed a lawsuit against Attrakt, taking issue with the opaque settlement of Attrakt. However, Attrakt raised suspicions of tampering by The Givers and CEO Ahn Sung-il. Later, the court ruled in favor of Attrakt, and member Keena returned to Attract, giving up her appeal.

As a result, Attrakt notified other 3 members of Fifty Fifty of the termination of the contract and filed a lawsuit for damages worth 10 billion won. Also, Keena, who returned to the agency, is forming a second version of ‘Fifty Fifty.’
