Footage of BTS SUGA DUI INCIDENT, what really happened?
The day of BTS member Suga (real name Min Yoon-ki, 31), who was booked by police for driving an electric scooter while drunk, was confirmed by CCTV footage.
CCTV footage obtained by the Dong-A Ilbo on 14th showed Sugar driving on the sidewalk on an electric scooter. At around 11:10 p.m. on 6th, Suga passed three police officers who were patrolling the sidewalk near Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and fell while turning left in front of the main gate of Nine One Hannam. Police approached Suga, who was picking up his helmet, and tried to help him, and during the process, they confirmed that Suga was drinking alcohol and conducted a breathalyzer test. The result showed that Suga’s blood alcohol level was 0.227 percent, which is the level of license revocation.
According to police and others, Suga had a drink with his acquaintances at a restaurant near Hannam Ogeori around 9 p.m. on the day, and then moved to a private studio together to drink. He returned home around 11 p.m. on his electric scooter. The studio was found to be about 500 meters away from Nine One South.
Meanwhile, it turned out that Suga was not the one in the “video of riding an electric scooter on the road” reported by some broadcasts. In the video, the electric scooter is running from across the street from Nine-in-One South toward Namsan, but Suga returned to the sidewalk toward Nine-in-One South, and the route was different. The report that Suga hit the boundary stone and fell was also found to be untrue.
