FTISLAND Choi Minhwan, who is suspected of visiting prostitution business, will be excluded from FT Island for the time being.

FNC Entertainment, the agency, said on the 29th, “As a result of in-depth discussions on FT Island’s future activities, we have decided to continue our activities as a two-person system (Lee Hong-ki and Lee Jae-jin).”

Starting from October 2, drum positions will be replaced by sessions. “Lee Hong-ki and Lee Jae-jin will perform without any problems as they worked hard on their preparations. We sincerely apologize to the fans and the audience for the confusion with the organizers who prepared the event,” FNC said.

Earlier, Yulhee, a former La Boum, revealed that one of the reasons for her divorce with her ex-husband, Choi Min-hwan, was his access to a prostitution establishment. In addition, she also released a transcript of Choi Min-hwan’s phone call with an official at a prostitution establishment.

In the transcript, Choi Minhwan said, “There is no (lady) even if you go to a shirt (room),” and “Please prepare two toothbrushes and two conditions.”

Meanwhile, Choi Minhwan and Yulhee married in 2018 and had three children, but divorced in December last year. Custody is held by Choi.
