G-Dragon drug usage investigation
The police investigation in singer G-Dragon’s alleged drug use seems to be completed soon.
Woo Jong Soo, head of the National Investigation Division of the National Police Agency, said at a regular press conference on the 11th. “We conducted objective verification regarding G-Dragon,” adding, “The investigation is in the final stage by investigating about six witnesses.”
Director Woo Jong Woo said, “We will close the investigation as soon as possible and announce the results.”
G-Dragon was involved in a “drug scandal” that started at an adult entertainment establishment in Gangnam. After being booked by the police, he appealed for his innocence several times through his lawyer. They showed confidence about G-Dragon prove his innocent. He was reportedly tested negative for drugs through both drug reagent tests and a detailed evaluation by the National Forensic Service.
G-Dragon Prove but Actor Lee?
Unlike G-Dragon, the investigation on actor Lee Sun Kyun continues. The police said, Lee Sun-kyun is accused of drug administration and a case in which he filed a racketeering complaint for being threatened.” They added “The truth of the racketeering case must be clarified to some extent to judge the credibility of the statement made by a reference person on drug charges.”
So it seems G-Dragon prove his innocence. If he didn’t they wouldn’t say it as an opposite case. But as they were compared as different case, carefully people assume he will get a clear disposition. So it was same as what he said. He was confident that he can prove his innocence on the drug usage, so he volunteered to the drug tests.
