G-Dragon is set to reunite with Jeong Hyung Don on the latter’s YouTube channel, “Jeong Hyungdon’s Untitled TV,” following their recent reappearance together after nearly a decade. According to an exclusive report by OSEN on May 2, the episode has been confirmed, after Jung previously hinted, “GD wants to come on, so I’m working on it.”

The two artists first gained public attention as the duo Hyungyongdonjiong on Infinite Challenge’s 2013 music festival, where they delivered one of the show’s most memorable stages. Their oddball chemistry, humor, and surprisingly cohesive music made the pair a fan favorite.

More recently, they reunited on the now-concluded MBC variety show Good Day, a program aimed at promoting social contribution through entertainment. Each episode featured celebrity guests who collaborated on small-scale creative projects for charity, including songwriting and performance. G-Dragon participated by recording a new track with Jung Hyung-don, reviving the playful tone of their Infinite Challenge era.

Now, attention turns to what kind of chemistry the two will showcase in a looser, unscripted YouTube format. The collaboration marks G-Dragon’s rare appearance on a non-label variety platform, and one that’s rooted in a long-running personal connection.

This marks G-Dragon’s first solo world tour since 2017, following his military service and years of limited public activity. As one of the most influential K-pop figures of his generation, the upcoming tour is expected to signal not only a return to the stage, but also a redefinition of his artistic direction.
