G- Yuehua team only gets a week to practice?

So Ollie, the maknae of G- Yuehua team in Mnet audition program, ‘BOYS PLANET’ has revealed some behind stories of their preparation on the program. He was unable to participate on the final stage as his final rank was 26th. Currently, he is still under care of Yuehua and participating in ‘Asia Super Young.’ ‘Asia Super Young’ is an audition program that is being aired in ‘Youku’ platform.
G- Yuehua team behind stories
Zhang Hao and Ricky from ZEROBASEONE and Brian of AmpersandOne, and Ollie were the members of G- Yuehua team. Ollie talked about how their G(Global) team had one week to practice NCT 127’s ‘Kick it’. The group performed ‘Kick it’ as their first stage of ‘Boys Planet’. Originally the star level test stage song was not ‘Kick it’. They were preparing NCT Dream’s ‘Beatbox’ as the audition song. They prepared the song, ‘Beatbox’ for three months, however a week before the filming, the staffs made them to change the song. Mnet wanted some more dramatic scene, and they wanted K- Group and G- Group of Yuehua to have the same song. So the four members were told to change the star level test stage to ‘kick it’. It was the song K- team practicing for three months. So Ollie thought it was bit unfair and he was really mad back then.
So to make the scene more dramatic, the Mnet staffs wanted to make an adjustment. However, the adjustment date was so close to the first shooting date. It was not enough time for the 4 people to prepare whole new song and become compared with other team, who prepared the song 3 months.
