Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon Celebrates 10 Years as a Solo Artist with The TENSE Concert
Taeyeon, the vocal queen of Girls’ Generation, marked her 10th solo debut anniversary with a spectacular three-day concert, TAEYEON CONCERT – The TENSE, held at KSPO Dome in Seoul from March 7 to 9, 2025. The concert celebrated Taeyeon’s journey over the past decade, her present as an artist, and her future aspirations, captivating a total audience of 30,000 fans.
A Milestone Performance
This concert was Taeyeon’s first solo performance in 1 year and 7 months, following her previous show The ODD Of LOVE. It also served as the opening act for her upcoming Asia tour. The March 8 performance was live-streamed through Megabox theaters in South Korea and eight countries, including Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The final show on March 9 was broadcast globally via Beyond LIVE and Weverse, allowing fans worldwide to join the celebration.

The concert featured an impressive setlist showcasing Taeyeon’s solo career highlights. From debut hits like “I” to chart-toppers like “Why,” “Four Seasons,” “Weekend,” and “INVU,” Taeyeon performed timeless favorites alongside new tracks such as “Fabulous,” “Blue Eyes,” “Hot Mess,” and “Disaster.” Her powerful vocals shone through songs like “My Tragedy,” “Melt Away,” “Time Lapse,” and “U R,” delivering a breathtaking live band performance that lasted over two hours.

Fans actively participated in celebrating Taeyeon’s milestone. On March 9—Taeyeon’s birthday—fans organized card sections with messages like “You Are Our Light” and sang along to her song “One Day” to honor the occasion. S♡NEs (Girls’ Generation’s official fan club) also held slogan events with phrases such as “Our 10 Years Were You” and “Kim Taeyeon Was Worth It,” showcasing their deep bond with the artist.

At the end of the concert, Taeyeon expressed heartfelt gratitude:
