ILLIT Debut 100 days
The group ILIT celebrated its 100th day since its debut.
ILLIT hosted a live broadcast of Weverse on July 3 to celebrate their 100 days with their fans.
ILLIT celebrated her 100th day anniversary with a rice cake in front of her. They also announced the acquisition of “Gold Button” (over 1 million subscribers) on the team’s official YouTube channel.
“We can’t believe it’s already been 100 days since our debut. Thank you so much for your support,” said ILLIT, who actively communicated with global fans through corners such as “Keyword Talk” and real-time comments.
They continued, “We gained a lot of experience and memories over the past 100 days. When I perform on stage and talk with fans, I still feel like a dream and excited. We will show you greater and more growth. I hope you will always be with us.”
ILLIT, who launched their first mini album “SUPER REAL ME” on March 25, showed remarkable results from the debut album.
Their title song “Magnetic” ranked 91st on Billboard’s Hot 100 (April 20) and their first mini album “SUPER REAL ME” ranked 93rd on Billboard 200 (May 11). ILLIT is the first K-pop group to list their debut songs and debut albums on Billboard’s two main charts.
Along with the U.S. Billboard, Eilit also put “Magnetic” on the U.K.’s “Official Single Top 100,” which is called the world’s two biggest music charts. “Magnetic” surpassed 200 million cumulative streams on Spotify (as of May 21), which is also the shortest record for a K-pop girl group debut song.
“Magnetic” topped the daily charts of Melon, Bugs, Genie, Naver Vibe, and Flo (April 22), achieving “perfect all-kill” and topped the monthly chart in the global K-pop category for two consecutive months (April to May).
