IVE get paid, and the different attitude of the agency?
On the 2nd, ‘mini ppingyego’ by host Yu Jae Seok was featured with IVE members An Yu-jin, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Rei to talk about various things.
An Yu-jin said, “I debuted as an idol, but was invited to a fashion week. Nowadays, so many opportunities are opened for idols these days, so it’s fun,” while Jang Won-young said, “What I like these days is that I can have various experiences not only in idols but also in various fields.” Liz added, “I want to try many things. I feel like I’m just starting out.”
Rei said the IVE’s popularity in Japan is huge, adding, “We’ve entered Tokyo Dome. It’s like a dream. It was my goal since our debut. I’m so honored.” Revealing her encounter with K.Will, she said, “I went to Starship on the day of the settlement and he was there. I think it will be a good day whenever I encounter him.”
IVE experience after getting paid
When asked about the settlement, Rei said, “I can buy all the toast here,” and the cute answer made people laugh. “I recently have done a direct purchase from overseas. I bought pretty accessories, but they cost quite a lot. I bought a lot of hair claw clips. After I got the settlement, I wanted to give them to people, so the amount (of hair clips) increased.”
Yu Jae-seok said, “The more popular and the more successful you become, the company’s treatments changes,” and An Yu-jin sympathized and said, “Starship was always good, but it was definitely better after IVE get paid. We could speak out more of our opinions. It is becoming much more fun as they accept our opinions and we can participate in the preparation of the album.” Jang Won-young also added, “There is a song that participated in the lyrics this time, so my affection for the album increases.”
Meanwhile, IVE recently released its second EP album, “IV SWITCH.” “IVE SWITCH” is an album in which IVE has displayed distinct colors and new stories in their own style.
