JYPE calling police to drag out a truck?
Stray Kids has been a model of SLBS for a year. The group had offline fan sign event in Japan a week ago. However, as the SLBS brand has done dark auction on the Stray Kids’ members’ clothings, the controversy erupted. The fans demanded an explanation about the dark auction through social medias. After the issue, SLBS actually officially apologized publicly saying the auction was not confirmed by the agency or Stray Kids. (To read the apology, CLICK HERE)
It seemed to be cool down, as they apologized. Contrary to public’s expectation, more allegations on SLBS staffs’ guilt were made. The most problematic allegation was ‘leaking aviation information.’ Allegedly the SLBS staffs leaked aviation informations of members, and saesangs even followed them to the members’ houses. Stray Kids Lee Know fans mad at the issue
Stray Kids Lee Know fans were mad at the issue, they wanted JYP to protect Lee Know’s privacy and stop the business with SLBS. So to show their demand and will, the fans sent a truck in front of JYPE.
Sadly, the truck could not stay in front of the agency for as long as the fans wanted. According to the fans who sent the truck, they called the police to remove the protest trucks. The police asked the truck driver to move to somewhere else, not parking in front of the company’s entrance.
No one knows the intention of JYP Entertainment, but Lee Know fans are feeling betrayed and thinking the agency decided to remain silent and will not take actions to protect the artist. So the distance between the fans and the agency got longer.
