On the 4th, the famous Japanese weekly magazine Weekly Munchun published a story of Kazuha and K dating rumors again. The magazine mentioned about the Kazuha and K dating sightings, wearing couple earrings, and on the date situation of chartered taxis through paid content.
According to the Weekly Munchun, Kazuha left the hotel after an offline event of LE SSERAFIM on April 17 and took a taxi to visit a luxurious Japanese Yakiniku restaurant. She met a man who was 186 centimeters (6 years older than Kazuha) in the restaurant and stayed with him for about two hours. Later, the mysterious man left the store first.
Weekly Munchun pointed to the man as K, and added that the two did not have time for each other due to their schedules, so they continued to date mainly on the phone. It also claimed that K and Kazuha wore earrings of the same design, and borrowed an anonymous official to add that the two began dating around the summer of 2022. Then, after their romantic relationship was discovered by the agency, the two broke up last summer. However, they secretly met again around the fall of that year and were seen at a restaurant on the 17th of last month.
Denial on Kazuha and K dating rumors
However, unlike the report of Weekly Munchun, LE SSERAFIM’s agency Source Music explained to Weekly Munchun, “The rumor that Kazuha and K dating is not true,” but added, “It’s true that they ate as friends. They got in the same car, because they were going in the same direction, and Kazuha got off in the middle.” So the photos that were taken were not fake, but the relationship was not true.
In addition, HYBE quickly denied to several Korean news outlets on the 3rd, saying, “The rumor that Kazuha and K dating is not true.”
“Weekly Munchun” had already caused a scandal over the alleged romantic relationship between Kim Chae Won, a member of LE SSERAFIM. At the time, Weekly Munchun released a photo of Kim Chaewon and A, saying, “We obtained a picture of a K-pop star relationship that was popular worldwide.” However, it turned out that the photo was a fan edited photo. “It’s not true that I’m in relationship with her. I’m just a fan of her,” he said on his personal account. Kim Chaewon immediately denied through her agency, too.
