Kep1er center position was fixed, wasn’t it?
Kepler is going to release new album. It is Kep1er’s ninth album and first Japanese studio album, due to be released on May 8, 2024. It will contain 5 songs, including the title song Straight line, Celebrate, Highlight, Cruise, and Don’t Lose Your Smile.
However, when the main image of the album was out, not every fan was happy with the album art. Kep1going had Yougeun as the center. Kep1er center Youngeun? Fans started to question WAKEONE for Kep1er center position. They were making clear that they are not mad for Youngeun getting attention, but were asking if WAKEONE forgot Chaehyun.
Kepler is a group selected through Mnet’s “Girls Planet 999” and debuted on January 3, 2022. It is a nine-member Korean-Chinese and Japanese multinational girl group under Swing Entertainment. Kim Chaehyun participated in the audition program “Girls Planet 999” hosted by Mnet and made her debut by ranking first in the final ranking, and earned Kepler center position as the prize.
However, in the Japan studio album, Kep1going, she was at the edge, hard to believe that her official position is the center of the group. So fans are asking for explanation to WAKE ONE for the situation.
