
Former ADOR Employee Files Lawsuit Against Min Heejin
A former ADOR employee has filed a lawsuit against Min Hee-jin, alleging workplace misconduct and defamation. The legal action centers on claims of covering up a sexual harassment incident involving ADOR’s former deputy CEO.
Lawsuit Details
Filed at the Seoul Western District Court, the lawsuit seeks 100 million KRW in damages. A claims Min dismissed sexual harassment allegations and violated privacy laws by publicly disclosing sensitive information. Min has consistently denied all claims, calling them baseless.

Mediation Breakdown
The first mediation session on January 6 ended without resolution. While former ADOR employee attended, only legal representative of Min Heejin attended, with Min absent. A’s lawyer suggested potential settlement if Min acknowledged wrongdoing, but Min’s team rejected all claims and showed no mediation interest.
The case will now proceed to a formal trial, with the court set to examine evidence from both parties. Simultaneously, A has filed additional complaints with the Ministry of Employment and Labor regarding workplace practices.
