Lee Junho Tokyo Fan Concert makes 18,000 Fans enthusiastic!
Lee Junho, a member of the K-pop group 2PM, recently held a successful solo fan concert in Tokyo, Japan, drawing a crowd of 18,000 fans over two days. The event, titled 2025 Lee Jun-ho FAN-CON “Midnight Sun” in JAPAN, took place at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium on February 8-9, 2025.
Lee Junho Tokyo Concert Highlights
The concert was Lee Jun-ho’s first fan concert in Japan since his Before Midnight event at the Budokan in August 2022. It marked a return to the Japanese stage after his arena tour LEE JUNHO Arena Tour 2023 “마타 아에루 히” in the summer of 2023. The final day of the concert was live-streamed online through local streaming platforms and screened in cinemas across Japan.
Lee Jun-ho opened the show with “Frozen Heart”, a song symbolizing winter performances. He performed most of his setlist in Japanese, including “상상”, “독 (On your mind)”, “CANVAS”, “Fire”, “겨울잠”, and “마지막으로”. The audience joined in singing “Nothing But You”, and the performance of “Torso” on a red carpet connecting the two stages was a highlight. Other notable performances included “INSANE” and “Pressure”, showcasing his diverse musical range.
Interactive Moments with Fans
During the concert, Lee Jun-ho engaged with fans through a talk segment called “준호의 낮과 밤” (Junho’s Day and Night), where he posed with various props to create a unique photo calendar. He also read messages from fans and shared personal anecdotes, creating a special connection with the audience. A special performance of J.Y. Park’s “Kiss” was a surprise addition, fulfilling a long-held dream of Lee Jun-ho’s to perform this song.
The encore featured “원점으로”, “Ride up”, and “Say Yes”, with Lee Jun-ho expressing gratitude to fans for their support. He promised to meet them again soon.
Upcoming Tour Dates
Following the success in Tokyo, Lee Jun-ho will continue his fan concert tour in Taipei on February 22-23 and São Paulo on March 1-2. This tour marks a meaningful start to his activities in 2025, with fans eagerly anticipating his future projects.
