Minnie and Yuqi Health Issue?
(G)I-DLE Minnie and Yuqi has suspended their schedules due to poor conditions. This is making people worry about (G)I-DLE’s comeback. As 2 out of 5 is having hiatus, it is expected to disrupt their comeback activities.
On the 26th, the agency of taking care of (G)I-DLE, Cube Entertainment announced on its fan platform Weverse about the hiatus. It said, “the members Minnie and Yuqi visited the hospital this afternoon (26th) due to sudden condition disorder and fever symptoms. At the hospital the members are receiving sufficient rest and treatment.”
As a result, (G)I-DLE’s comeback activities are inevitable. “We sincerely apologize for causing concern to the fans who have been waiting for (G)I-DLE’s comeback,” Cube said. “The upcoming schedule will be carried out in consideration of the artist’s health as the top priority. We will inform you of the changing schedule again.”
(G)I-DLE will make a comeback with their second full-length album ‘2’ on the 29th. However it seems they would not able to participate in music shows. Changing stage performances just in 2 days could be too much, so it might be delayed.
Not first time
Actually fans’ priority concern is not the schedules. It is the members’ health. Especially, Minnie is the problem. Minnie is the one who announced the hiatus due to health issue last time, too.
