NCT Doyoung DEAR YOUTH
The group NCT Doyoung gave a big resonance with a song for the fans at NCT Doyoung solo concert.
On the 27th, NCT Doyoung’s first solo concert “Dear Youth” was held at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul. Originally, two performances were scheduled from 25-26, but the additional performances were decided on the 27th thanks to the enthusiastic support of the fans.
Doyoung, who opened the concert with “Song of New Spring,” started the concert with “Like a Star,” “Lost in California” and “Maniac.” “I was very nervous because it is actually the last concert in Seoul,” Doyoung said. “Thank you for filling the venue until the end.”

I think I made a performance called “Dear Youth” while thinking about what music youth can give to youth.”
From “Radio Romance,” “Doll” to “Fly Through the Deep Night,” the atmosphere was even hotter with a duet song and a cover song.
“When I planned this part alone, I could come alone or with a friend, but since I came together, I wanted to make a moment to make friends with the person next to me,” Doyoung said with a smile.
“I’m a bit reluctant to sing a ballad,” Doyoung confessed. “Ballad can be environmentally friendly, and if you sing at a place where you’re not very immersed, it may not match the emotions of the song. Then, I feel sorry for that song,” he said.
The mood was changed and NCT medley followed. Doyoung, who tried rapping through VCR “DY TRACK,” said, “After thinking about how to satisfy the audience who are obsessed with dopamine, I tried a challenge instead of a challenge.” Doyoung’s confidence, which was satisfied with his rapping skills, drew laughter and support from fans.
Since then, Doyoung, who challenged NCT acoustic medley, filled the stage with emotional vocals and solid live performances.

Even NCT WISH, Red Velvet’s Irene and NCT’s Johnny visited the venue to cheer for Doyoung. Encouraged by the cheering, Doyoung said, “I don’t think I’m nervous anymore. It’s me of today who beat myself of yesterday. I’m coming with that kind of heart, and I think you need that kind of heart, too,” signaling a duet performance with fans. After singing “Beautiful Day,” Doyoung performed with fans in “When the Starlight Blooms” and “Time Machine,” and their voices filled the concert hall, impressing the audience.
Following “To My Sea,” which contains what he wanted to say to his fans, “Firefly,” which he sang by playing the piano himself, and “Song of New Spring,” the opening and closing song, added great support from fans to mark the end of the performance, and Doyoung appeared emotional.
“Thank you once again for coming to see me today. As it is my last concert (NCT Doyoung Dear Youth in Seoul’s last performance), I want to talk to the people I am grateful for,” said Doyoung, who immediately took the stage with the encore song “Dallas Love Field.”
Doyoung mentioned the SM Entertainment training team. “They prepared a big bouquet of flowers and letters, and I was moved by the content. The content didn’t go away in my head. I had many important moments with Doyoung, and it was nice to be with him until the first performance.”

Doyoung performed his self-produced song, “Dear,” which he prepared for his fans. “I was thinking about how to feel about the ending, and I thought it would be nice to talk about it with a song. Doyoung performed a total of 26 songs alone on the day. He showed off his charm as a solo artist with his strong singing skills. He also showed off his hosting skills by making fans laugh with his witty remarks.

Meanwhile, Doyoung, who wrapped up his concert in Seoul, will continue his Asian tour in Yokohama on June 24 and 25, Osaka on June 26, Nagoya on August 10 and 11, Hong Kong on August 18, Bangkok on August 24, Manila on September 4, Tokyo on September 7 and 8, and Jakarta on September 21.
