NCT Renjun apology through SM
NCT DREAM Renjun apologized for revealing a phone number of random person because he misunderstood the person as his saesang fan.
On the 21st, SM Entertainment explained the situation, saying, “There was a time when NCT Dream RENJUN exposed an unknown contact information on the fan communication platform because he thought it was a saesang invading his privacy on the 20th,” adding, “We sincerely apologize to the person who was affected by the disclosure of the contact information on the open platform.”
“Right after receiving the call that the victim visited the local police station and inquired, we apologized through the investigator in charge for the situation and took measures to delete the post. We will continue to try not to cause any further damage, and we sincerely ask you to refrain from contacting the victim,” the SM Entertainment said.
Lastly, “Currently, Renjun is deeply reflecting and repenting for his reckless behavior, and we deeply apologize for the lack of artist management. Once again, we apologize for causing concern to many people, including the victim.”
Earlier in April, NCT Renjun temporarily suspended his activities due to poor condition and anxiety.

Later, on the 20th, Renjun was embroiled in a controversy when he mistaken his acquaintance’s number during a live broadcast and posted the phone number on the fan communication community, mistaking the caller for a dead person.
