NCT Renjun Instagram uploaded! His official apology
NCT DREAM Renjun apologized for revealing a random person’s phone number, mistaking it as an illegitimate fan.
Renjun said on his personal instagram on the 21st, “I always wanted to give good energy with music and stage, but I think I made the wrong choice because my judgment was blurred a lot.”
“I sincerely apologize to the person who was hurt and damaged because of me,” he said. “The victim is suffering because of my reckless behavior. Please stop contacting the victim.”
He also said, “I’m reflecting a lot, and I’ll be careful not to do such a hasty act in the future,” and “I’m sorry once again to everyone who might have been hurt by me.”
Earlier, the agency SM Entertainment also said in an official position on the same day, “There was a time when Renjun exposed unknown contact information on the fan communication platform on the 20th because he thought it was a ‘privacy’,” adding, “I sincerely apologize to the person who was affected by the disclosure of the contact information on the open platform.”
“Right after receiving the call that the victim visited the local police station and inquired, we apologized through the investigator in charge for the situation and took measures to delete the post,” the official said. “We will continue to do our best to prevent further damage, and we sincerely ask you to refrain from contacting the victim.”
