NCT WISH made a dazzling return on September 2 with their third mini album COLOR, holding a large-scale offline event ‘NCT WISH COLOR PALETTE’ at COEX Plaza in Gangnam, Seoul. The event drew enthusiastic crowds who gathered to celebrate the release of the new album and enjoy exclusive performances and content.
At the ‘WISH ON STAGE’ showcase held the same day at 8 p.m., the group performed the title track ‘COLOR’ for the first time, along with the summery B-side ‘Surf’ and the emotionally resonant ‘Reel-ationship’. Each performance highlighted NCT WISH’s signature refreshing energy and stage presence, setting the tone for a vibrant new era.
Immersive Fan Experience With Concept Installations and Zones
Fans were treated to an immersive experience through a themed installation space ‘INTO THE PALETTE’, inspired by the album’s concept. The venue included a message wall where fans could leave supportive notes, multiple photo zones for selfies, and interactive displays tied to the album’s aesthetic. These on-site attractions turned the city center into a colorful celebration of NCT WISH’s musical identity.
Chart Success and Broadcast Promotions to Follow
Released on September 1, COLOR quickly topped the Melon HOT100 (within 30 days of release) and climbed to No.1 on China’s QQ Music Rising Chart. Every track from the album entered the TOP10 on major platforms, signaling strong fan support both domestically and globally.
To kick off their music show promotions, NCT WISH will appear on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ (Sep. 4), KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ (Sep. 5), MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ (Sep. 6), and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ (Sep. 7)—marking a full week of broadcast performances following the successful offline launch.
