New Jeans Fans support Min Hee Jin
10,000 New Jeans fans reportedly submitted a petition to the court to oppose the dismissal of Ador CEO Min Hee Jin, the creator of the group, New Jeans.
According to the music industry on the 24th, 10,000 Bunnies (New Jeans fandom name) filed a petition to the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court on the afternoon of the May 24th with lawyer Lee Hyun-gon as their representative.
Fans wrote in their petition, “We are well aware that the contents of the contract between the parties should be respected until the legal conclusion is reached that CEO Min Hee Jin committed illegal acts, and that the members of New Jeans hope to maintain CEO Min Hee Jin’s status as CEO of Ador until then,” adding, “Our intention is to support New Jeans, so we agree to what New Jeans wants.”
HYBE is pursuing the dismissal of CEO Min Hee Jin by raising an attempt to take over management rights. To this end, the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Ador is scheduled for the 31st.
