New Jeans Petition has submitted!
While Min Hee Jin and HYBE are continuing their court battles, New Jeans has filed a petition to the court.
On the 17th, the interrogation date for the provisional injunction lawsuit filed by Ador against Hive was held. The two sides continued their battle which have done for weeks. HYBE claimed that Min Hee Jin and her independent management gaslighted the members of New Jeans, while Min Hee-jin’s side claimed that HYBE was treating New Jeans discriminately with other groups under HYBE system.
Among them, members of the New Jeans (Danielle, Minji, Hanni, Haerin, and Hyein) reportedly filed a petition to the court on the day of interrogation. It is the first time that the members have voiced their opinions on the HYBE vs Min Hee Jin incident.
Earlier, Min Hee-jin talked about the bond between her and the members of New Jeans in the process of exposing the fight with HYBE. In response, HYBE demanded Min Hee Jin to refrain from mentioning artists, but it was observed that New Jeans members supported Min Hee-jin through this petition. Details are not known, but it is presumed that they are sharing the will in that the parents of New Jeans members also sided with Min Hee-jin.
Earlier, New Jeans members’ parents have disclosed details of their meeting with HYBE executive. While the disclosure was made, it was obvious that they were on the side of Min Hee Jin, they mentioned they were scared what would happen when Min Hee Jin is gone.
