Was Hwichan forced to kiss her?
While Spire Entertainment released CCTV footage saying that the perpetrator of the forced harassment case was not former CEO Kang Sung Hee, but Omega X member Hwichan, Omega X reputed that it was forced action.
An official from the current agency of Omega X, IPQ Entertainment, told one Korean news outlet, on the 19th that “Hwichan’s sexual assaulting video on CEO Kang that was released today is all false.”
Spire CEO Hwang Seong Woo held a press conference on the Omega X case and claimed that Hwichan forced and molested his wife, Kang Sung Hee. He said that Hwichan touched her chest with his hands inside Kang’s clothes after drinking alcohol. While he claimed, the CCTV footage of the scene was released, which caused a chaos.
How IPQ answered to?
However, an IPQ official said, “We demand Spire Entertainment to release the entire video,” and added, “Hwichan touching CEO Kang Sung Hee’s chest in the CCTV footage is fabricated. It was forced action, because Kang Sung Hee demanded Hwichan to express his affection toward her.” The official of IPQ added that the agency is preparing related materials such as transcripts, that can prove his innocence.
Both sides claiming to be victims, it seems the lawsuit of terminating contraction between IPQ and Omega X changed into slandering and mass media play.
