Pick Me Trip in Bali – illegal filming?
KBS Joy’s “On My Way Package Season 2: Pick Me Trip in Bali” team is now stranded in Bali, the filming location.
According to a report by Korean news outlet, SpoTV News on the 26th, the production team of KBS Joy’s new entertainment program “On My Way Package Season 2: Pick Me Trip in Bali” was caught by the Bali authorities while conducting what they called “theft shooting” without obtaining permission to shoot. They were filming illegally.
“Pick Me Trip in Bali” entered Bali on the 21st and was scheduled to return home on the 25th. However, it became a problem as it was revealed that the production team filmed it without prior permission to film it, and the way back home for the artists and staffs are blocked.
About 30 people including Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, Apink’s Yoon Bomi, broadcaster Choi Hee, former member of I.O.I., Lim Na- Young and Secret Number Dita have been detained in Bali with their passports confiscated. They are staying at a hotel and are under investigation by Bali authorities, and will return to Korea as early as they can which might be next week.
The cast, who had a scheduled schedule in Korea, has rushed to follow up, such as urgently adjusting the schedule. “I’m staying in Bali, but even the cast members don’t know the exact reason for the detention. It’s frustrating that the production team doesn’t share the situation in a reasonable way,” an official told SpoTV News. “I’m embarrassed by this situation. I think we will be able to figure out the situation after completeing the investigation. We are trying to return home quickly.”
The program was scheduled to be aired in May, but now it’s blur. Previous article about the casts, Yoon Bomi dating Rado, CLICK HERE.
