Rami, a member of the group Baby Monster, penetrated the hearts of global fans with a high-quality live performance.
Rami appeared on the KBS K-pop channel web entertainment show LeeMujin Service, which was released in the afternoon of July 30. She captivated viewers with her overwhelming live performance, displaying her soulful voice and outstanding vocal skills.
Rami opened with Baby Monster’s digital single “FOREVER.” Her sweet yet powerful voice combined with soft piano melody, giving off a different charm from the original Baby Monster version.
The stages of “City Burns” and “Bloodsucker”, reinterpreted in her own colors, gave people a glimpse of her solid singing skills and a wide musical spectrum. In addition to the colorful vocal technique that freely crosses heavy and thrilling high notes, she was impressive by the delicate expression of emotions.
AKMU’s “Long Day, Long Night” with MC Lee Mujin left a deep aftertaste with a calm mood that was quite different from the songs she performed as a Baby Monster, the group.
Lee Mu Jin said, “There are various sounds that can be used, but Rami’s personality stands out. I think the strength is that we can feel all the steps from start to the end by excellent control,” and praised it as “Little Celine Dion Vibe.”
Amid the hot response, the video is gaining popularity with more than 650,000 views on YouTube within 15 hours of its release.
Baby Monster is cruising its first fan meeting tour “BABYMONSTER PRESENTS: SEE YOU THERE”, which is 12th in 7 cities.
After successfully completing performances in Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, and Bangkok, they will finish their Kobe performances on July 30 and 31 and have a spectacular finale in Seoul on August 10 and 11.
