Red Velvet’s Irene has made a remarkable entry into the solo music scene with her debut mini-album “Like A Flower,” which has surpassed 330,000 copies in initial sales. Released on November 26, 2024, this album highlights Irene’s versatility and solidifies her status as a prominent solo artist.

According to Hanteo Chart, “Like A Flower” recorded an impressive 336,805 copies sold in its first week. This achievement ranks Irene among the top K-pop female solo artists for first-week sales and marks the highest first-week sales for a female artist under SM Entertainment.

Irene’s solo debut has resonated globally, topping charts across various platforms. The album reached No. 1 on the Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart Retail Album Chart daily. It also dominated iTunes Top Albums charts in over 21 regions, including New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and Finland. In China, “Like A Flower” led QQ Music’s digital album sales chart, further establishing Irene as an international K-pop sensation.
