RIIZE IMPOSSIBLE selected as best Kpop song!
RIIZE’s Impossible was selected as a K-pop song that shone in the first half of this year by major foreign medias.
“The 20 Best K-Pop Songs of 2024: Critic’s Picks” recently released by Billboard, a famous American music media outlet, included “Impossible”.
In particular, Billboard introduced RIIZE Impossible in detail, “It is a song that is a mixture of strong Euro-house beats and hopeful vocals, which evokes udetermination. It is one of the best inspirational K-pop songs of the year, and stands out even more with the fast-rotating kick point choreography.”
British music media NME also selected “Impossible” for “The 15 best K-pop songs of the first half of 2024 – so far” and said, “Riize transcends ordinary by portraying a vibrant youth scene in music,” adding, “The bleak house track “Impossible” leads to dreams on a summer day.”
When the song was released in April, “Impossible” was praised by various media such as Rolling Stone, Teen Vogue, and EUPHORIA, saying, “It will be the best song this summer,” and is currently receiving global response, recording more than 20 million cumulative streams on Spotify.
Meanwhile, RIIZE’s prologue single “Impossible” before the release of his first mini-album is a song that became a hot topic as the first house music that the members challenged.
