RIIZE SEUNGHAN leaves the team permanently
Two days after group RIIZE member Seunghan announced his return to the team, he eventually left the team.
SM Entertainment’s label Wizards Productions (hereinafter referred to as Wizards) issued an official statement on the 13th, saying, “We sincerely apologize for causing great hurt and confusion to BRIIZE due to Seunghan’s announcement of his return,” and added, “Seunghan has expressed his intention to leave the team for the members and fans.”

As for the reason for Seunghan’s decision to return, they explained, “However, after reflecting on the opinions and reactions sent by the fans one by one after another after the announcement of the return news, we realized that our decision only caused more confusion and hurt to the fans.”
They added, “We respect the RIIZE members’ decision and say that RIIZE Seunghan decided not to join the team,” In the future, we will support Seunghan to fulfill his talents and dreams.”
Seunghan made his debut as RIIZE in September last year, but in November of the same year, he suspended his activities due to privacy concerns, and RIIZE continued its activities as a six-member system. Then, on the 11th, Wizards officially announced RIIZE Seunghan’s return, but faced a major outbreak of BRIIZE (fandom name), and eventually announced Seunghan’s withdrawal two days after his return.

At the same time, Seunghan revealed his intention to leave the team for the members and fans. We respect the artist’s decision, and we would like to say that Seunghan has left the team instead of joining RIIZE.
