Seventeen held hands with DJ Khaled, the world’s top music producer. They will make a great collaboration.
SEVENTEEN posted a video on its official SNS at 1 p.m. on the 1st with the phrase “DJ Khaled just sent a message – a notice!”
In the video, DJ Khaled’s message “I just added my signature sound into our finished track, so check it out. IT’S FIRE” appears first.
Soon after, a sound with the voice of “SEVENTEEN! DJ Khalid! ANOTHER ONE” was added to some of the new song’s songs, which were previously released through the track sampler, flowed through the video and caught the ears.
Their collaboration attracted the attention of music fans from all over the world. Recently, SEVENTEEN members Woozi, Mingyu and Vernon were invited to DJ Khaled’s U.S. performance, and the phrase “Another One” appeared in SEVENTEEN’s 12th track sampler video released on the 30th of last month.
DJ Khaled is a star producer who has produced numerous hit songs by collaborating with famous artists such as Drake, Justin Bieber, and J.G. He has been recognized worldwide for winning awards at prestigious music award ceremonies such as the U.S. Grammy Awards and the American Music Awards.
Seventeen has revealed its presence in the global music market by collaborating with popular overseas artists such as Marshmallow, New Kids on the Block, Anne-Marie, and Pink Sweats. Expectations are growing on how these people, who have demonstrated a wide spectrum by digesting a variety of music, will create synergy with DJ Khalid.
Seventeen will release their 12th mini album “Spill the Feels” at 6 p.m. on October 14. Through this album, they will tell a story that everyone can sympathize with and deliver the message, “Trust the other person, share your feelings, and resolve your worries.” The album has exceeded 3 million pre-orders in two weeks after its pre-sale began.
A new world tour is also coming up. Seventeen will hold its “SEVENTEEN’s Right Here World Tour” at the main stadium of Goyang Stadium from May 12 to 13, right before their comeback, and will continue their concerts in the U.S., Japan and Asia.
