Source Music Audition Searching for NEXT GEN IDOL
Source Music, the agency of the group LE SSERAFIM and the label of HYBE Entertainment, is holding an audition. The new music audition of Source Music is happening to find the next generation K-POP idol who will follow the track of LE SSERAFIM.
On the 5th, Source Music announced the news of the 2024 SOURCE MUSIC AUDITION through the HYBE Labels Audition SNS channel and Source Music website. The poster of the audition was kitsch. 4 girls were dancing in the poster and the slogan, ‘You are the Source of Music’ was written on it. The font of the poster was like a handwriting and had pink and yellow as the main color, which showed the cutie and energetic charm.
Eligibility of Participation
The 2024 SOURCE MUSIC AUDITION can be applied by any woman born after 2007, regardless of nationality and place of residence. Anyone can apply online through the official website until midnight on the 26th and on-site applications on the day of the audition are also available. Applications are divided into vocal, rap, dance, and more. (instrument, acting, composition, etc.)
Separate screening will be conducted for those who passed on-site auditions, and the final successful candidates will be given a chance to sign a contract with Source Music as a trainee. Nothing official has found about the tips of passing. However, there are some theories. Many of people say that, the young ones who got accepted had their own speciality. Kazuha had the ‘ballet’ as her speciality and it is always used in LE SSERAFIM’s performances. So to be a powerful contestant of the audition, the most important part is to have some speciality that can be compared from others. Nowadays, singing and dancing for K-POP is not enough. Something more is needed.
