On April 9th, Stray Kids were having SLBS fan sign event in Japan. SLBS is a brand that Stray Kids are being model of, making accessories of Samsung phones. The fan sign event with Stray Kids seemed happy, fans were talking about how nice the members were and how they interacted with fans.
However, one tweet has changed the atmosphere of the scene. The STAY, who said she was not the one in the scene but her friend sent photos, posted that there was Stray Kids Dark Auction going on in the venue.
Stray Kids Dark Auction?
So according to the original tweet, SLBS allegedly opened a dark auction of the costumes that were wore by Stray Kids. The post and others who attended the SLBS offline fan sign event said that the SLBS made them to keep it secret, and not to post the stories. Allegedly, Stray Kids costumes were sold in between 30,000 yen and 50,000 yen each. (30,000 yen~50,000 yen – approximately $200 USD ~$330 USD) According to the tweets, the one who bought member Lee Know’s clothes even posted a story that she bought the clothes, and they even took pictures with members after buying the clothes.
Fans asked to report the event to JYP entertainment, that they might not know the dark auction that happened after the fan sign event, as the SLBS did not want it to be public.
However, all of these are claims from fans’ tweets, and SLBS or Stray Kids did not say that the auction was held by themselves. It will be the few fans and companies who participated in the fan signing event that know exactly what happened.
